Dr. Jerry A. Hendricks
Dr. Hendricks is a Colorado Springs native and was previously a Systems Aerospace engineer. Dr. Hendricks is a past president of the Southern Colorado Optometric Society. He is on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Chapter of Safari Club International and Sportsmen for Community. He is a longtime volunteer with the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.

Dr. Keely M. Knoche
Dr. Knoche is originally from western Texas but has resided in Colorado Springs since 2003. She is a previous board member and longtime supporter of the Junior League of Colorado Springs and a past officer of the Southern Colorado Optometric Society. She has served as an alumnae advisor for Kappa Alpha Theta at Colorado College and is currently serving as a mentor for recently licensed optometrists through the Colorado Optometric Association.
Dr. Knoche enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools and spends most of her free time chauffeuring her son and daughter to their different activities around town.

Dr. Alexandria Starr
Dr. Starr is originally from northern Indiana, but has resided in Colorado Springs since 2018. Her husband was previously enlisted in the Army, and that is what brought her to Colorado. She met her husband when he was stationed in Georgia and she was working at her first practice after graduating from optometry school- his next assignment quickly brought them to Fort Carson.
Dr. Starr enjoys being active between working out and running, and also loves to travel and spend time with her family spread out across the US. She played basketball all four years in college and loves the outdoor lifestyle in Colorado. She has a four year old daughter that keeps her very busy with all of her fun activities. She is a previous Big Brother Big Sister Mentor and is involved with volunteering in the Fountain community at different events.

Dr. Thomas A. Wilson
Dr. Tom Wilson was in private practice in Monument and Colorado Springs from 1987 to 2021. In 2022 he joined Colorado Cataract and Laser and was responsible for pre and post operative care of cataract and laser surgery patients. He is a past president of the Colorado Optometric Association. He served as a board member for the “See the Future Foundation” which is responsible for awarding scholarships to low vision individuals. His special interest lies in the visual rehabilitation of stroke and head injury patients. He was on staff at St. Francis and UCHealth Memorial Hospitals in Colorado Springs for 15 years treating those individuals.
“Sports Vision for Better Performance” was written by Dr. Wilson and published by Human Kinetics. Dr. Wilson served as a sports vision consultant for USA Shooting, the Air Force Academy, and the University of Colorado. He was a trustee for the Colorado Professional Golf Association (PGA) Reach Foundation. He also served on the Johnson and Johnson Vistakon Professional Advisory Board.
Dr. Wilson and his wife, Mary Beth, have three grown and married children and 6 grandchildren with more on the way. He loves the outdoors, especially golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing and enjoys those activities even more when his family can join him.
